WHAT IS CHIPPER FAMILY MOMENTS?

Chipper Family Moments is a program that helps build early emotional connections in the home between children three to eight and parents/caregivers. The monthly box includes a Family Playbook filled with ideas and activities plus products to get you started and a process for helping you stay connected. 

WHEN WILL I GET MY FIRST BOX?
Your first box is shipped within the first two weeks of your order. 

WHERE DOES CHIPPER FAMILY MOMENTS SHIP?
Currently we ship throughout the US and Canada. We are happy to ship internationally, please see the store for details on international shipping costs. 

HOW AM I BILLED?
If you are on a subscription your credit card is billed the day your package ships.

CAN I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Absolutely, please login to your account and click “pause or cancel my subscription.” If you have purchased a subscription package during a promotion you may have specific payment requirements to fulfill the promotion offer. Please see your order details and contact our customer service for further questions.

 

CHIPPER GIFTS

CAN I SEND CHIPPER FAMILY MOMENTS AS A GIFT SUBSCRIPTION?
Absolutely – we love sending gifts on behalf of customers and there is always a little something special to surprise the recipient. When you check out, please see details for shipping to another address and adding information or a message to the gift card. 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We would be so sad to see you go but sometimes that’s just what happens. Please login to your account and click “Cancel my subscription” for further details. If your current package is shipped your card will be charged but a cancellation letter with details will be sent to you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want everyone to be chipper … er, happy so we understand sometimes things just aren’t what you expected. We accept returns. If the products are unused we will send you a return-to-sender slip and handle the shipping charges. If the product is used, we ask that you fill out a return card and ship back. We will refund the month’s subscription. There is no individual cash value for a brand partner’s products within your package. If this is a separate product order and the product is returned unopened a full refund is provided. If the product is damaged please see the store for details on returning a manufacturer defect product.

WHAT IS A CHIPPER FAMILY MOMENT AMBASSADOR?
Join our Chipper Family Moments Ambassador Program and help spread the word. Sign up and we’ll send you a special get-out-and-go box, a mini kit filled with Family Playbooks, stickers, posters, just enough to excite other families. With every sign up you refer you receive a $10 gift card within our Chipper Family Rewards program. Additionally, we can send you banners and images for your own website, YouTube channel, or blog.

WHAT IS THE CHIPPER FAMILY MOMENTS REWARD PROGRAM?
We love hearing of people spreading the happiness but we also think that it’s kind of fun to get a gift card for the effort. For every successful sign up you refer we’ll give you Chipper points to earn a gift card. It’s so easy; each sign up is worth ten points … or ten dollars! Redeem in our Chipper Family Center for gift cards or product packages from our partners.
